Career Summary:
I graduated from Balıkesir University, Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics. In my graduation project, I worked on Next Generation Sequencing. I am currently in the process of applying for my master’s degree. Shortly after I met bioinformatics, I met the RSG Turkey team and I have been on active duty for about two years. I am the team leader of the journal Club, which we organize every month, as well as the chairman of the symposium that we’ll organize on October 22nd , 2022.
Contributions to APBioNET:
As far as I can see at the Goblet 2022 event we attended in Istanbul, we are working for the same vision. When I look at the reports after joining the RSG team, I can say that there has been a noticeable increase in the number of active and passive members. Of course, the biggest reason for this is that we have created an organized team. For APBioNet, I will show more effort than I put into volunteer work at RSG Turkey.
Proposed future contributions to APBioNET:
Based on my responsibilities and duties at RSG Turkey, I will do my best to contribute to Bioinformatics education at APBioNet.
